How does charm work currently?

So how does the Enthrall spell work?
Is there a level and/or dot cap?
Still a 2-3 minute duration?
Are there charm immune mobs?

at its highest level i think the maximum duration is 5 minutes. mobs make a resist check every 20 seconds if im not mistaken.

dont think there is a dot cap, at least i havent found one. but i have never tried to charm named mobs. the charm doesnt work on all types of mobs and then there are those that just have a high resist in that spellschool

I recently returned to VG and started some new quads (four box).

Psionicists were always a favorite of mine, but never got them to 18th to the first real charm. Thought Id give it a shot. Three Psionicists (and a BM) so I will try juggling three charms. Could be fun.
