Keep in mind this comes along with a huge dps increase for sorcs and necros. Rogues and Monks did not get hit as bad as many feared. This without a doubt puts you behind Monks, Rogues, Sorcs, Necros, and Druids. I have seen mellee ranger and blood mages periodically out dps psi as well, but will attribute it to lucky string of crits. This puts us down to 6th place in the dps arms race at best 8th on a bad day. So what does that leave us with, buffs and "utility". As far as raiding you will now get to buff and sit out again. Our other "utility" is either shared by other more valuable classes or is a nice to have, not a must have. I will be emailing Talisker to ask him how we are supposed to be raid feasible, and get back to you guys. |

After raiding last night after the patch, I parsed pathetically behind a lesser geared Druid, and so far back in the order of dps it made me sick. Indeed, monks didn't get hit nearly as bad as everyone thought, as ours was still in the top 3 consistently.
I really believe that this is a class breaking change. I have a very hard time regressing back into a role that I already grew tired of pre-GU5...and in my view, these changes negate basically everything we were given in that update. I have a hard time understanding why, after being a sub-par class for over a year, we've been singled out more than any other class for this nerf. |

| Could you please also ask about any PvP-specific damage tweaks? My Compression Sphere still crits on mobs for 3-4k like it did before the patch, but it now crits on players for 6-800, as opposed to 1k-1.2k before the patch. Dementia and Psychic Schism are all similar, they seem to be hitting for much less in PvP than they should, judging from the PvE damage they do. |

| The PvP damage issue is pretty huge, as they nerfed ALL our dots in PvP but didn't nerf a single one from any other class. Combined with the overall lowering of our DPS and the fact that player HP didn't change with the patch the way mob HP did it's pretty easy to see how bad this is for us. |
